RULES & DISCLAIMERS FOR PROMOTIONAL RAFFLE:

This Promotion is conducted by Unltd LLC, located at 1625 Sublette Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63110, the “Sponsors.” Participants in Promotion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Raffle ticket purchases may be submitted via this online portal or via USPS, UPS, FedEx, any other delivery courier or by hand delivery to the official address of Unltd LLC and be accepted or signed for by a live person on or before by 11:59PM on 1/31/2025. Offline entries must accompany payment for number of raffle tickets indicated on purchase. All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No cash value. A copy of your identification will be made in order to redeem prize(s). Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify or suspend the raffle at any time for any reason, and the purchase price minus taxes or fees will be refunded to purchaser. Promotion Period begins at 12:00PM on 12/7/2024 and ends at 11:59PM on 1/31/2025. Winner will be drawn on February 1, 2025 at 12 noon.

The odds of winning are based on the amount of purchased tickets at the time of drawing.

Participants will be contacted via the phone number and email listed on their registration and have 24 hours from time of contact to claim the prize. Should Participant not claim the prize within 24 hours, Unltd LLC will select another Participant as the winner. All selections are final. Winner will coordinate with an authorized representative of Unltd LLC to organize travel details.

Prize package is transferrable. Participants who wish to transfer this prize package must notify Unltd LLC by phone or by mail, received on or before March 1, 2025 by 11:59 pm of transfer and provide full contact information of transferee. Prize package will be transferred upon verification of transferee. Persons who receive and accept this transferred prize package are bound by all disclaimers of this promotional giveaway. All taxes and additional fees, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Non-use of the prize yields no reimbursement of any kind. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure. Promotion is subject to the laws of Missouri. No cash value.
